Return Policy

Thank you for inquiring on the return policy for BabyGurlAccessories.

Items are mailed to the address provided on PayPal. Please be sure to have the correct address on file.

Because shipping labels are printed from the information you provide, any orders returned because of an incorrect/insufficient address will be the customers responsibility to pay for reshipment to the correct address. There's only one time free shipping, so again, please be sure your address is correct.

Addresses are not handwritten, they are printed on a shipping label via PayPal/Pitney Bowes. Once the label is created, you will receive a tracking number to the email address you used to make your payment.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a store credit only! You have 7 days from the delivery date to contact me and return the item. A store credit will only be issued if the merchandise is returned in its original condition and unworn.

If the item is received broken, please take a picture immediately and email it to me at:

[email protected] the same day of delivery. Please not, I will check the tracking number to verify the date of delivery.

You will have the choice of having the item replaced; if still in stock; or exchanged for another of equal value or a store credit will be issued. If the item has already been worn, I will not replace or exchange it.

Refunds are not given under any circumstances. Please note, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
